Established and held a meeting with the municipal housing implementation committee.
Engaged developers through housing concierge service to share information about affordable housing programs through CMHC & County Development Charge exemptions. Shared information about housing affordability levels.
The Housing Cross Functional team hosted a Housing Forum in Q4-2025 where housing developers, non-profit housing organizations and municipal leaders came together to learn about housing needs across the County. It also included information about municipal initiatives, funding programs, and potential opportunities for partnerships to advance affordable housing projects in Bruce County.
