To date new cross functional teams are not required. Policies are updated by the department and where applicable policies are being presented to Senior Management Team, the Corporate Servicing Departments Committee and the Safety & Security Working Group, as applicable.

Collaboration takes place on an ongoing basis; a separate and distinct cross functional team is not required to accomplish this task.
