5.3.3 Conduct a survey of employees to assess their understanding of and commitment to EDI principles.
A corporate survey was conducted in October 2024 to assess staff understanding and commitment to EDI principles. A corporate communication following the survey was sent to staff in 2024 with further action on the development of an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Cross Functional Team to develop an EDI Action Plan to be deployed in early 2026.
