1.3.2 Finalize and implement the Archaeological Management Plan.
Planning staff has been using Archaeological Management Plan mapping for planning applications, and working with Saugeen Ojibway Nation Archaeology staff to understand areas of highest potential and identify processes for updating mapping to reflect new sites and completed assessments.
The County drafted a protocol related to clearing consent conditions, this will be discussed with the province, SON, and Municipalities in Q3
Prepare further protocols for engagement with Muniicpalities, SON, and the province where appropriate.
