This is going to be reporting on coordinated engagement in the County.
In Q1 staff continued review of a number of systems to be used for broader engagement. GR staff consulted with internal groups on a number of engagement activities and have started to develop guideline documents for internal use
Staff will begin exploring options for a corporate-wide community engagement platform that can be used across departments. Work in Q2 will be focused on finalizing the charter and reviewing existing county implemented systems and assessing suitability for county‑wide implementation. A project charter is still in development, with platform implementation anticipated for Q3 2026.
