Staff continued exploring options for a corporate-wide community engagement platform that can be used across departments.

Work in Q3 will be focused on finalizing the charter and reviewing existing county implemented systems and assessing suitability for county‑wide implementation. A project charter is still in development, with platform implementation anticipated for Q4 2026.
