3.2.1 Work with municipalities to develop a data sharing agreement whereby municipalities share building permit data and County consolidate and aggregate data and report back to municipalities using GIS dashboard.
A Data sharing agreement has been drafted and discussed with local municipalities.
Revisions are being made to address data sensitivity/MFIPPA considerations.
The Agreement and data sharing workflows were completed.
Most municipalities identified that information can be provided by the Municipality to the County using the workflows without the need for a formal agreement and data for 2025 has been provided.
One Municipality entered into a formal staff to staff agreement that allows County staff to access information directly.
