7.1.5 The cross-departmental team will: Define the timeline and milestones for the development of the Climate Action Plan
This is for implementation of the ESAP (Environmentally Sustainable Action Plan). Moving forward with the Environmentally Sustainable Action Plan will depend on Council approval. If Council supports it, the next steps, timing, and funding will follow their direction and fit within existing priorities and budgets. The plan would be rolled out in phases, with updates along the way so adjustments can be made as needed.
There is no quarterly update at this time.
Draft ESAP brought to County Council on April 2 for information. Comments were collected and the final draft with be brought forward in Q2.
