5.1.1 Conduct surveys of employees to assess their level of engagement and satisfaction with the current leadership and management practices. (e.g., Guarding Minds).
Guarding Minds survey was deployed to all staff in May 2025. Results have been shared with SMT with both a corporate and departmental report provided to staff. The reports highlighted strengths as well as areas where improvements are needed.
