To date new cross functional teams are not required. Policies are updated by the department and where applicable policies are being presented to Senior Management Team, the Corporate Servicing Departments Committee and the Safety & Security Working Group, as applicable.
Legislative Services and Information Technology Services collaborated on the development of 37 records management policies.
Updating corporate policies requires continuous collaboration between departments. Through collaboration the Recruitment Policy and AI policy will be updated in Q2.
