5.3.2 Conduct corporate-wide EDI training sessions for employees at all levels of the organization by the end of 2024.
This item will be contingent upon work done within the EDI Strategic Action Planning Process. We have deferred training to ensure that the training is meeting the needs identified by our employee population.
Training to be determined based on the work of the CFT and implementation of the EDI Strategic Action Plan. Training dates will not be determined until training topics are confirmed.
