5.3.5 Add additional EDI resources by the end of 2026.
The strategic plan committed to providing additional EDI resources by the end of 2026. This will continue to be a work in progress with continual improvement expected through to 2026.
To date we have:
- became an employer partner of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI)
- Made a commitment to the development of a two-year EDI Strategic Action Plan for 2026-2027
Q1 - 2026: Draft EDI Action Plan was developed for publication with IdeaNest to prepare for presentation to Council in Q2.
Next steps will be determined in coordination with the EDI Strategic Action Plan.
